Purpose and scope
This account deletion policy explains the rules, rights and responsibilities that apply when a visitor, customer, authorised team member or partner uses DigiKray websites, applications, software subscriptions, digital learning programs, automation tools, cloud services, application programming interfaces, platform credits or support channels. It should be read with the order summary and other policies linked on the DigiKray website. Product-specific written terms take priority only for the product and service period they expressly cover.
Definitions
“DigiKray”, “we”, “our” and “company” refer to the DigiKray enterprise technology platform and its authorised service operations. “User”, “you” and “customer” mean the individual or organisation accessing a service. “Digital product” includes software, SaaS access, learning content, templates, downloads, APIs, cloud infrastructure and business automation. “Connected account” means a third-party account owned and controlled by the user. “Platform credits” are prepaid digital service units and are not money, deposits, investments or guaranteed cash equivalents.
Deletion requests
Users may request account deletion through official support after identity and account-ownership checks.
Retention exceptions
DigiKray may retain limited invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security and audit records where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials and devices secure, use DigiKray only for lawful purposes, review pricing and product scope before purchase, and promptly report suspected misuse. Users must not present DigiKray products as investments, guaranteed-income arrangements or banking services. Where optional analytics or third-party account connectivity is used, the user remains responsible for the external account, permissions, configuration and resulting decisions. Users should obtain any professional, legal, tax or financial advice appropriate to their circumstances.
DigiKray responsibilities
DigiKray will use reasonable care to describe products transparently, provide purchased access according to the applicable order, protect platform operations, maintain support records and apply this policy consistently. We design controls appropriate for an enterprise digital-services platform, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security. Material incidents and service changes are handled under applicable law, the Support Policy, the Data Protection Policy and any written enterprise service commitment.
Legal rights and complaints
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer, privacy or statutory rights available under applicable law. A customer who believes a service has not been supplied as described should contact DigiKray with the account email, order or invoice reference, relevant dates and a clear explanation. We will investigate in good faith and may request information necessary to verify identity, payment, delivery or account ownership. Available remedies depend on the facts, product status, applicable policy and governing law.
Limitations and third parties
DigiKray is an enterprise AI learning, automation and SaaS provider. It is not a broker, bank, financial institution, investment adviser, fund manager or portfolio manager; it does not accept trading deposits or guarantee profits. Independent payment processors, communication networks, cloud providers and user-selected external services operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, DigiKray is not responsible for indirect loss, external-provider interruption, customer misconfiguration, unlawful use or events outside reasonable control.
Applicable law and changes
This policy is interpreted under the laws applicable to DigiKray’s contracting entity and mandatory rights in the customer’s jurisdiction. Courts or dispute forums with lawful authority retain jurisdiction. DigiKray may update this policy to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies prospectively, except where separate notice or consent is legally required.
